Review: Have you ever seen the World Series with a mystery in the middle of it? In Change- Up, Mystery at the World Series, by John Feinstein, Stevie Thomas and his friend Bobby Kelleher are sports writers for the Washington Post and E.S.P.N who investigate a mystery of a Washington Nationals player, Norbert Doyle. This story takes place in both Washington and Boston, at the World Series. The mystery they want to find out about is how Norbert Doyle’s wife was killed in a car accident and why Norbert would lie about it. So Stevie, Kelleher, Susan Carol and Tamara try to investigate the story. They learned, that according to the police report, the Doyle’s car swerved into a tree head on to avoid hitting an animal. But Doyle told Stevie that his wife was killed by a drunk driver. In conclusion, the Nationals won the entire Series, losing only one game. Stevie’s investigation did reveal that Norbert Doyle lied about the cab driver. Norbert had been driving drunk and smashed into the tree head on, killing his own wife.
